Available on requestHOPPER FOR THE CONTAINMENT AND DOSING OF AGGREGATES
The "BT" AGGREGATE HOPPER is designed for the storage and dosing of aggregates, with the ability to transfer material directly to a concrete mixer or batching plant. It is an ideal solution for construction companies active in the building and road paving industries for concrete production, and its versatility makes it perfect for mobile sites, thanks to easy installation and rapid dismantling.
The elevator belt, powered by hydraulic cylinders, folds inside the containment bins without needing disassembly. When equipped with hydraulic lifters, the hopper is easily transportable without the need for lifting equipment, and, thanks to its compact size, it can be shipped by sea in containers or by truck.
The storage bins are equipped with ambidextrous upper sideboards, allowing the positioning of the loading ramp according to the available space on the site. The aggregates are weighed electronically via load cells, and dosing occurs by subtraction based on the total stored quantity. Configurations with 1 to 4 bins are available, each with a capacity of up to 12 m³, for an overall hourly productivity of about 60 m³/h.
The transport of aggregates to the concrete mixer is done via a rubber conveyor belt with cup edges, which conveys the material to a height of 4.2 m, while smooth extractor belts facilitate the extraction of the material.
The aggregates group is autonomously managed via a centralized control panel, which can also coordinate the clean water, recycled water, and additives system. Thanks to an electronic terminal with an alphanumeric keypad and display, automatic programs are simple and intuitive to manage.
When the "BT" AGGREGATE HOPPER is combined with a cement silo, the entire plant can be controlled from a single workstation via PC, as described in the Betonwin2 control system section.
Each plant is painted with a high-quality sandblasting and spray painting cycle carried out by specialized companies, ensuring long durability and resistance over time.
