Isothermal semi-trailers are cargo semi-trailers with a body made of thermal insulating sandwich panels. Structurally, an isothermal semi-trailer is similar to a rigid-walled one, but it has thicker walls that do not conduct heat. A polymer coating is applied to the isothermal semi-trailers from the outside to increase the thermal insulation properties. This design allows you to maintain the desired temperature inside the body and works on the principle of a thermos.
An insulated semi-trailer cannot maintain a constant temperature level for a long time due to the lack of additional equipment. It allows you to keep the internal space temperature for a certain period of time.
